When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive an update via email or text once your order ships, and when it is out for delivery.

What is the PUFs return policy?

For order discrepancies and damages, please email info@powerupfoods.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

How do I place a wholesale order?

For additional requests, email info@powerupfoods.com with "Wholesale Order Request" in the subject line. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Can I subscribe to PUFs?

Of course! On each product page, there is an option between a one-time purchase or a subscription purchase. 

You'll save 25% with each subscription and you'll also join the PUFs Fam VIP club with exclusive access to new product drops, behind the scenes content, and more. 

Feel free to pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime!

How do I edit, pause, or cancel my subscription?

How often are subscriptions delivered?

You can choose between every 4, 8, or 12 weeks when you initially sign up.
