Power Up Foods, also known as PUFs, is a healthy snack food brand based in Austin, TX. The current PUFs lineup consists of cookies, brownies, and energy bites made with green tea caffeine to give you sustained, focused energy without jitters or a crash. PUFs are great to power up your workout, energize yourself through an afternoon slump, or get an energy boost through a long work or study grind.

At PUFs, we believe in creating delicious food to power you through your daily life, without compromising on taste and quality.

PUFs snacks help power you through your daily life. Our current lineup aims to reinvent caffeine and how we consume it, with green tea caffeine that combines caffeine and l-theanine to give you focused, sustained energy.

PUFs have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, 95mg. L-theanine from green tea helps sustain energy levels and focus without the typical jitters or crash you might get from coffee.

All PUFs are vegan and gluten-free.

Chocolate chip energy bites contain peanut butter, oats, and almond flour.
Coconut chocolate chip cookies contain almond flour.
Double chocolate brownies contain oat milk and almond flour.

PUFs have no refined sugar.

Chocolate chip energy bites have no added sugar and are naturally sweetened by dates.
Coconut chocolate chip cookies and double chocolate brownies are sweetened with coconut sugar, a natural sugar at a lower glycemic index than refined sugar.

PUFs do not require refrigeration and are best kept away from direct sunlight and heat.

Each pack of PUFs has as much caffeine as a small cup of coffee, 95mg, so use your best judgment with that in mind :)

PUFs are proudly made in small batches in Austin, TX! Each order is hand-packed and fulfilled.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive an update via email or text once your order ships, and when it is out for delivery.

For order discrepancies and damages, please email info@powerupfoods.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
